Designed as neural network of interconnected cells, Vation’s Experience Pods deliver innovations through client-integrated delivery model.

Key features of our Experience Pods:

  • Autonomous, technical, and highly adaptable micro teams that provide a flexible and scalable approach to developing digital solutions.
  • It’s a digital experience workplace and governed by our values and culture. Each pod will be run as a startup and making Vation as a startup of multiple startups.
  • Each pod will not have more than 50 digital consultants, with a vertical span of 3 and a horizontal span of 6, This will keep the start-up structure alive forever and address the major issues mentioned in the problem statement.

Our Experience Pod is digital experience workplace to create a collaborative and innovative work environment within a multidisciplinary & cross-functional team working in a digitally agile framework with a focused value driven outcomes.
