Responsibilities:
- Possess deep expertise in the ServiceNow platform, including hands-on experience in ITOM with Orchestration and Cloud Lifecycle Management
- Provide High-Level Design and specifications for ServiceNow implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS- ITSM, CIS-ITOM) certifications are highly desirable.
- Develop, design & Implement comprehensive ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) solutions, covering the below areas
CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping, Orchestration and Cloud Lifecycle Management
Event Management
- Implement Cloud lifecycle management and provisioning in public and private clouds, hybrid clouds, ensuring successful deployment and integration with other enterprise systems.
- Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance in the ITOM architecture.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to customize and configure ITOM applications to meet specific business needs.
