Role Overview:
The Product Owner is responsible for maximizing product value by defining vision, managing the backlog, and guiding Agile teams. The role requires strong business acumen and exposure to AI-powered or intelligent products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate product vision, roadmap, and priorities
• Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business value
• Write clear user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and customer pain points
• Work closely with Agile teams during sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Accept or reject deliverables based on defined acceptance criteria
• Drive prioritization and delivery of AI-driven features, insights, or automation capabilities
• Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for improvement

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in Agile teams
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum principles
• Experience working closely with engineering, UX, and business stakeholders
• Strong decision-making and backlog prioritization skills

Nice-to-Have:

• Scrum certifications (CSPO, PSPO)
• Exposure to AI engagements such as GenAI features, recommendation systems, intelligent automation, or analytics-driven products
• Experience in SaaS, enterprise, or digital platform environments
