Role Overview:
The Product Owner is responsible for maximizing product value by defining vision, managing the backlog, and guiding Agile teams. The role requires strong business acumen and exposure to AI-powered or intelligent products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate product vision, roadmap, and priorities
- Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business value
- Write clear user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and customer pain points
- Work closely with Agile teams during sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Accept or reject deliverables based on defined acceptance criteria
- Drive prioritization and delivery of AI-driven features, insights, or automation capabilities
- Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in Agile teams
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum principles
- Experience working closely with engineering, UX, and business stakeholders
- Strong decision-making and backlog prioritization skills
Nice-to-Have:
- Scrum certifications (CSPO, PSPO)
- Exposure to AI engagements such as GenAI features, recommendation systems, intelligent automation, or analytics-driven products
- Experience in SaaS, enterprise, or digital platform environments

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
