We seek an experienced, India-based ServiceNow Engineering Lead/Technical Architect, who will be responsible for providing guidance and consulting on client-facing solutions, leveraging the ServiceNow platform. They will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization’s technical team and creating a great environment for developers to grow and learn while providing premium expertise and client consultation.
We Need You To
• Drive the Process Workshops, Identify the Process Gaps, Convert the Functional /Process requirements to well defined User Stories
• Translating functional requirements into technical designs by focusing on platform performance, maintainability and upgradability
• Establish methods to ensure that ServiceNow Best Practices are product quality is maintained
• Deliver high-quality ServiceNow code, integration, and customization with appropriate documentation and testing
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team (both internal and contractors), develop and Drive the training Program for Junior Colleagues
• Participate in recruiting/hiring/retaining technical team members, through interviews, tech assessments, and ongoing oversight
• Deliver performance reviews and regular feedback (1:1s) to team members
• Provide sales engineering support as needed Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related field
• 10+ years experience in technology roles and service and implementation companies
• 5+ years experience in ServiceNow application development, with at least 3+ years in leadership positions
• Exemplary skills with front-end code (JavaScript, Angular JS, Web Services, etc.) and working in a SaaS environment
• Demonstrated knowledge of and experience with ServiceNow Mainline Apps (ITSM, ITBM, CSM, HR, ITOM, etc.), 3rd-party integration (REST, SOAP, etc.),
• Excellent communications skills and ability to lead and collaborate with a diverse team in different time zones
• Ability to create budgets, work plans, and assignments for engineering teams
• Ability to communicate and present to clients and prospects
• Certifications in ServiceNow required
