About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced ITSM/HRSD Sr developer to join our Implementation team
and play a key role in optimizing our service delivery processes across both IT and HR functions. You
will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow
platform to streamline workflows, automate tasks, and improve user experience for both IT and HR
personnel.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with IT and HR stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for ITSM and HRSD solutions. This will involve understanding business needs, current processes, and pain points.
• Design, develop, and configure ITSM and HRSD modules on the SerViceNow platform. This may include incident management, change management, problem management, HR case management, employee service center, and employee onboarding.
• Customize workflows, business rules, UI policies, and notifications to support specific organizational needs and automate processes.
• Integrate the platform with other systems and external platforms using APIs and web services to ensure seamless data flow.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement ITSM and HRSD best practices, ensuring alignment with industry standards and organizational goals.
• Conduct thorough testing of configurations and customizations to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented solutions, troubleshooting issues and implementing necessary fixes or enhancements.
• Stay updated with the latest platform releases and ITSM/HRSD-specific features, proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement and system optimization.
• Document technical specifications, user guides, and standard operating procedures for implemented solutions.
• May provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development or a similar platform.
• Strong expertise in ITSM and HRSD concepts and best practices.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript and Python is a plus.
• Excellent understanding of API integrations and web services.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented and quality-focused.
