About the Role
As an Digital Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful adoption of marketing technology platforms by increasing employee engagement, streamlining operational models, and driving sustainable change. You’ll work with Adobe’s largest enterprise customers, guiding them through digital marketing transformation across technology, business processes, organizational structures, and workforce capabilities.
This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and hands-on experience with organizational change. You’ll help customers navigate the complexities of onboarding and adopting new digital solutions—ensuring they unlock the full potential of their investments.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Change Leadership
- Lead digital transformation engagements focused on change management, operating model refinement, and organizational design.
- Partner with executive stakeholders to align digital strategy with business goals.
- Facilitate discovery sessions and strategic workshops to uncover needs and co-create solutions.
- Deliver compelling executive-level presentations, strategic roadmaps, and value frameworks.
Change Management Execution
- Apply structured change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci) to drive adoption.
- Create actionable deliverables for change levers: communication plans, sponsor roadmaps, training and coaching programs, and resistance management.
- Assess change readiness, conduct impact analyses, and develop stakeholder engagement plans.
- Support project teams in integrating change activities into delivery plans.
Organizational Enablement
- Define and implement future-state operating models, team structures, and process frameworks.
- Coach senior leaders and managers to act as effective change sponsors.
- Support the development and delivery of training programs to drive user adoption.
Practice Development
- Contribute to the evolution of the Digital Strategy & Performance practice.
- Share knowledge, mentor team members, and support methodology development.
- Collaborate closely with Adobe’s delivery and partner teams to ensure seamless execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in digital strategy, marketing technology, or business transformation.
- Proven success leading large-scale change and adoption programs.
- Strong executive presence and communication skills—verbal, written, and visual.
- Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud or similar platforms (Salesforce, Oracle, etc.).
- Deep understanding of digital marketing strategy and marketing operations.
- Background in one or more key industries (e.g., retail, finance, travel, media).
- Hands-on experience in creating and delivering value-driven business cases.
- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management capabilities.
Preferred Certifications
- Change Management:
- Prosci Change Management Certification
- APMG International Change Management Certification
- Project & Portfolio Management:
- Familiarity with project management tools, phases, and methodologies
