Role Overview:
The Business Analyst will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams by translating business needs into clear requirements. The role involves working in Agile environments with exposure to AI-driven or data-centric initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
• Convert requirements into user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Project Managers, Developers, QA, and AI/Data teams
• Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and review sessions
• Analyze AS-IS and TO-BE processes and recommend improvements
• Support UAT, requirement traceability, and defect resolution
• Assist in defining AI-related use cases such as intelligent workflows, insights, or automation

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT or digital projects
• Strong understanding of requirements gathering and analysis techniques
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
• Excellent documentation, analytical, and communication skills

Nice-to-Have:

• BA certifications (CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA)
• Exposure to AI engagements, including defining AI use cases, working with data/ML teams, or AI-enabled platforms
• Understanding of APIs, data flows, analytics, or automation concepts
