- Manage end-to-end delivery of AEM-based projects including timelines, scope, budgets, and resources.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring expectations are set and met.
- Collaborate with technical leads and architects to ensure feasibility and technical soundness of solutions.
- Drive sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and ensure Agile best practices.
- Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and issues proactively.
- Track project metrics and report progress to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Coordinate with offshore/nearshore development teams, if applicable.
- Ensure AEM solutions align with digital strategy, UX, and content goals
