Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Adobe Experience Manager platform.Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize features based on business value, user impact, and technical feasibility.
Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that it is well-groomed, prioritized, and aligned with business priorities.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, design, content, marketing, and IT, to define requirements, refine features, and drive the execution of AEM initiatives.
Facilitate communication and collaboration between stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
Partner with UX/UI designers to create intuitive, user-friendly experiences that meet the needs of our target audience and align with brand guidelines.
Review and provide feedback on wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to ensure they meet the requirements and objectives of the AEM platform.
Collaborate with development teams to define release plans, sprint goals, and acceptance criteria for AEM features and enhancements.
Monitor progress, track key metrics, and facilitate sprint reviews and retrospectives to continuously improve the delivery process.
Qualifications
- Experience in Adobe Experience Manager content management system is must.Take the lead of scrum teams as the Product OwnerProviding vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements
Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on
Plan and prioritise product feature backlog and development for the product
Define product vision, road-map and growth opportunities
Assess value, develop cases, and prioritise stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories
Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals
Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends
